Mugging victim Ecclestone in watch advertisment

Formular one boss Bernie Ecclestone  was kicked unconscious by a gang of muggers who attacked him outside his offices in Knightsbridge last month, stealing his possessions including a limited edition 20,000 dollar (S$26,170) watch. has appeared in the watch makers ad campaign.
Bernie contacted his friend and boss of the Swedish watch making firm Hublot equipped with an image of his badly beaten face with the tag-line "see what people will do for a Hublot".
A spokesman reported that the idea for the ad all came from Mr Ecclestone himself.
Fair play to him for changing what must of been a very traumatic incident into a humorous  ad campaign.
